We had a great experience working with AIM Kitchen & Bath! We got multiple bids from companies around DSM but had the best impression with AIM. We felt listened to throughout the entire process from design to build out. They kept our home clean and usable throughout the process and hauled away all the debris every day so we didn't have to worry about a dumpster in the driveway. They just completed a final walk through yesterday to make sure we were happy with everything after a couple weeks, which is just another way they go above and beyond. The entire AIM team was wonderful, and we highly recommend them. A couple special shout-outs: We had so much fun working with Melissa! Her ability to solve problems and make recommendations was unmatched; it was like she could read our minds. And Brodie who did the bulk of the remodel—his communication and quality of work were outstanding. And James, who painted, had a great attention to detail. Thanks, AIM! We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom addition, primary bathroom remodel, and kitchen flooring.

I wanted a retro design to go with my 1920 house, so we found the new fixtures, tile, etc. that met my tastes. Once the crew got started I found them to be easy to work with as they were all a bunch of good guys. Answered all of my questions as they went. The finished bathroom exceeds my expectations. Very pleased!

Melissa made the design work easy and everything works great together. Aaron did most of the renovation work - many skills and easy to work with. Ben did a very fine job on the electrical work and Huntur is an excellent plumber, along with other skills. Everyone involved was friendly and respectful. Daily cleanup. We're very happy customers and would definitely hire again!Posted on
